My wife and I use these routinely in our senior exercise class. Much easier to use than elastic bands. Each band has a different resistance so you can pick the band for your specific exercise. These bands do not bunch up like elastic bands, and they do not "walk" since they have a couple of lines of rubber-like material on the inside surface to keep them in place. I haven't tried washing them yet but they appear to be easily washed by hand or machine, and I'd probably air-dry instead of machine-dry to maintain elasticity longer. They were reasonably priced and since the bands are each a different strength my wife used a lighter band and I a thicker band. The variety of bands I found useful.

These seem well made and will work as expected. There are different resistance levels and they fit my thighs and my ankles. No noticeable smell on them and the material is a nice thick material that should hold up over time

Durable and items were as described. I mainly use the heavy band and no rolling or pinching. Would buy again if they ever did break

Unable to use. The bands themselves are a stretchy fabric, which I probably could have uses, but there are rubber gathering pieces on the inner area that are definitely rubber. They seem really high quality and very durable. I'm sure they'll be great for someone, but I unfortunately had to send them back.

When I first received the bads, I wasn't sure that I liked them. I was heavily considering returning them. The Xtra light band seemed to be extremely light. The light band seemed considerably heavy considering the extra light band. I decided to continue using them. I love the fabric and that they have the non slip grips on the inside and they don't roll up like the others do. I also love the color scheme. I am a plus size woman. I was really concerned that the bands would not be big enough for my big thighs. The seem to work for me. But for some bigger then me, they may be too small. So far I'm only able to use the smaller sizes. As I loose weight I'm hoping to move up in strength. It would however be nice if they made some bigger bands with the same strength level for plus size people. The bands came in a nice clear bag. Also in the bag was a cute little black bag for the bands. I have been keeping mine out in the clear bag, since I'm not traveling with them. At the back of the instruction there is an email address you can email for a 52 page exercise guide. I emailed them and was sent the guide. I haven't printed it out yet. But I'm excited to get to work. This is a great set if bands and in glad that I made the purchase.

It’s awesome. Does what it says and doesn’t roll up on you! The thickness keeps it sturdy. I really enjoy the multiple levels. Extremely helpful for PT or just some at home exercises.

After I spent time in the hospital, my PT recommended some exercises using hip bands, but I discovered that my hip bands were too strong for me, so after reading reviews, I decided to order this set of 5 PLEASION Fabric Resistance Bands. They arrived in no-frills packaging that was open inside an Amazon shipping envelope. Although the zip bag with the bands was open, they were all there and smelled lightly of rubber. Each band was wrapped, and I tried the light one first. It was actually too light for me to do leg exercises, but it was useful for arms. The medium band was great for one of the leg exercises - the main exercise I got these bands to do. Since I'm still pretty weak after the time in the hospital, the medium band was great. And for now, I look forward to using the heavier bands in the future. If you're doing rehab or just want to strengthen arms, this is a great set of resistance bands. If you're big, buff and burly, these are probably not the bands for you.

These are much better than the rubber resistance bands that I have, which were offering too little resistance as the rubber started to lose resistance over time. The 5 different levels of resistance from X-light to X-heavy of these bands are very versatile and allows progression. They seem to be well made and I am looking forward to training with them. They provide an email address to obtain a 52 pdf page training manual on supply of the order number. I was sent this manual by return on the same day of request .This manual contains quite a few exercises I hadn’t seen before but which I intend to work through. Overall pleased with purchase.
