I love the clean ingredients in Geneva saline. We currently have a two year old and a 4 month old that both use Genexa saline during the winter. Both kids will wake up with a clogged or dry nose due to the heater being on. I’ve ordered this same saline several times. My 2 year old now sprays her own nose so that helps a lot as it use to be tough spraying her nose. We’ve used other brands and this one seems to get snot going a lot faster.

I like this nasal spray a lot. It works so good and quickly. My son felt much better just after one use.Relief and lets little noses breath.

Our newborn daughter caught a cold from us at just 2 weeks old so we ordered this product in hopes it would provide her relief. Well, it works!! It’s easy to add the drops to her nose and she never fuses. She feels the relief it provides her and it gives us relief knowing she can breathe easier. Thanks for making a safe and effective product that gives parents peace of mind! Just ordered another bottle for possible future use.

I love the product itself, it really does work better than others to help clear my babies nose. However, the bottle is poorly designed and hard to control to to go into babies nose. I won’t buy again because I wasted half the bottle missing his nose.

I purchased Genexa Saline Care for my newborn after doing some product research and speaking to my Pediatrician about using saline for the raspiness. After a few days of using Genexa Saline Care, I noticed that my son was no longer raspy. I was using the product on a “as needed basis” and have hardly had to use it since. Super pleased!
