I would give zero stars if it were an option. May default to 1 star. They are cute, but do not work at all. My gf and I were literally sitting next to each other and it took about 10 minutes to register. Also they only work if you constantly have the app running with location on, I literally watched my phone battery drain one percent at a time. So then you can’t only not send a quick little hey love you message, you also can’t send an actual message cuz your phone will be dead. Also they were a pain to return, drop offs only available over an hour away from my house, when there’s one 6 miles away. Do not buy.

I got these bracelets for myself and my husband. We absolutely loved them. Unfortunately, after less than 2 months 1 stopped pairing with the app completely. I've deleted the app, unpaired the bracelet - everything that I can think of to try to reset it but it just will not recognize the 1 bracelet. Really disappointing because it is such a cool concept and the bracelets themselves are lovely and comfortable.**UPDATE** I reached out to Totwoo customer service and they responded within an hour or so of my initial email. After a brief correspondence, they sent me a video showing how to restart the bracelet and then everything worked perfectly again!! So happy!!! :)

Wasn’t sure what to expect with all the mixed reviews but it seems we’ve had great luck with our bracelet set. First, it comes beautifully packaged and even included a gift bag so it’s literally giftable right out of the box. It’s sturdy, high quality, and comes fully charged (at least ours did). They are very nice looking and feel secure (not flimsy feeling at all, has a nice weight and size to it). The inscription on the inside is such a sweet touch. I think the only complaint I have is that the app is a bit wonky when setting up initially but certainly not a deal-breaker. Overall, we are both very happy with this purchase and I feel confident in recommending it to others. Hope that helps a bit!

Bought these as a gift for my son and his girlfriend, she was taking on overseas trip. they are very stylish, extremely easy to set up, the band has a nice pull strap for a comfortable fit, and they work great. We are 7months in, they wear them daily, and they still work like day one.

Bought it for me and my friend and mine stopped working like 2 weeks after I got it . The bracelet is cute and easy to use but all of that goes out the window if the main function just doesn’t work.
