Warm or hot - does it all
Keeps coffee warm or hot. In fact if you have a non-insulated metal cup it’ll make tepid coffee hot! One issue: it needs a tactile on/off switch. The one it has causes the unit to turn on unexpectedly. Way too sensitive!

Too Small of a design
This Coffee Cup warmer is way too small in size, only fits a small size Coffee Cup on it. It does not get hot enough to warm a coffee/tea mug up at all. I prefer a larger flat warming area and able to fit any size mug. This one is just such a poor design, I do not like it at all. --The flat base ones without the circle size fit (for only a certain size mug) and larger flat warming area work way better.

Works great
I got this as a gift for my son who works from home. He loves it. It takes a minute to warm up, but once it does it keeps his coffee warm all day.

Stays warm!
I am a slow coffee drinker. This was very nice to add to my desk. It could benefit from some grippy feet. I added some stick on rubber bumps to this so it doesn't move around on my desk.Keeps my coffee warm for well over an hour as I sip on it. Controls are not finicky at all which I'm glad as it is a capacitive button so I was a little worried at first.Great product for me and a good value as well.

Coffee doesn’t stay hot
The size was fine but it didn’t keep the coffee hot.

Works only on smaller base cups
I have mostly the larger base cups but had to switch to a smaller base I wasn’t happy about that as most of my coffee cups/ mugs have a larger base. Once I switched to a smaller base it kept my coffee only Luke warm I want hot coffee not lukewarm. I’m returning it and looking for something else.

Looks OK; however doesn't do the job.
If you want a cup of tepid coffee, this is the warmer for you. It doesn't warm over 149 degrees, while others go much higher. My fault for not understanding what the temp SHOULD be. Also, there is no automatic shut-off. I take my coffee away from my desk, return HOURS later, and the thing is still heating the air above it rather than switching off when there is no weight on it. Pretty worthless.
