Truffle buffalo sauce
This has been my go to sauce for everything! Just keep in mind that it’ll mask the other flavors of your food since it is pretty tangy. I love how it is not spicy. It tastes more like buffalo sauce with truffle and garlic. I assume since it’s mostly like buffalo sauce it says 0 cal for 5 mL but I wonder what the calories would be if you consumed 50ml southern ingredients like honey, Parmesan cheese, and vegetable oil.

Awesome sauce with great flavor.
What can I say about this. Well the flavor is kick a$$. Not a lot of heat but it does have a little kick. It is pretty garlicky so if you don’t like garlic I wouldn’t get this one. You can’t beat the price best value for your money, if you know someone go love sauce this is a great gift. Not a big kick either. I love this drizzled on fries then dip them in your favorite condiment like ranch or jalepeno ketchup. Any who’s go head and pick some up. Will be making sure I keep this on hand at my house.

Great taste, but has an unexpected smoky flavor
This hot sauce has a fantastic, high-quality gourmet flavor. The balance of the savory black truffle, garlic, and sweet Colombian honey blends together beautifully to create a really rich and delicious sauce that pairs nicely with a lot of different dishes. The only surprise for me was that it has a distinct smoky taste to it, which I wasn't really expecting based on the description. It's still an excellent, top-notch sauce and definitely worth 5 stars, but it's something to keep in mind if you aren't a huge fan of smoky undertones!

Great, strong truffle flavor
Wonderful Strong truffle flavor, even in a small amount, I put it on everything from breakfast to burgers, vegetables, pasta, anytime you are looking for truffle flavor this is the one! Also it’s incredibly affordable. Pairs well with Melinda’s habanero & garlic which I also put on Everything. Enjoy!

It's ok if you like the taste.
Love melindas products but this one isn't for me. It is however a great binder for smoking ribs. Not hot at all.

Recently this flavor tastes nothing like it used to
Unfortunately, since Melinda's made their very recent manufacturing switch from Columbia now to Mexico, the sauce has lost significant flavor and texture. Up until about a month ago, this used to be my favorite Hot sauce and I would have it with my lunch every day for years. I practically drank the stuff. Now its a much thicker consistency and taste far more like buffalo or wing sauce with little to no truffle or tanginess at all.. Its a bummer because I really cant seem to find anything that taste even close to the original. I really hope Melinda's tries to get that OG flavor back. The new Mexico manufactured version is not good at all IMO and tastes nothing like it used to :( It almost tastes like an expired/ spoiled version of the Original. You can tell which ones are the good ones based on the back of the bottle. If it says "Product of Columbia" its going to be good. If it says "Product of Mexico" it will taste like thick buffalo wing sauce. If you have been using this hot sauce for awhile like me, you will know exactly what I am talking about.

One of my favorite hot sauces
I bought a mini bottle of this hot sauce at Target on clearance and was hooked. It's so good that I had to buy the full size bottle here because I couldn't find it in store. Very creamy with a unique flavor and not an overwhelming amount of spice. Highly recommend.

Ghost pepper should be spicy. A little disappointed.
As someone who likes interesting flavors, this was interesting. As someone who likes spicy food, this was disappointing. I’ll probably finish the bottle, but I wouldn’t buy it again. Since it has ghost pepper, I was expecting it to be spicy and I have a sort of high spice tolerance. It is kind of sweet and has a nice blend of flavors.
