The Perfect Upgrade for My Asus TUF Dash 15 – UGREEN Revodok Pro USB-C Hub Review
I got this hub for my Asus TUF Dash 15 since I often connect multiple devices and needed something versatile. After a few days of use, I can confidently say it’s an excellent device.First of all, the build quality is top-notch. The metal body feels solid and well-made, with no loose parts. The ports are well-placed and easy to access. As for performance – it’s outstanding. The USB-C and USB-A ports deliver the promised speeds. Transferring large files to my external SSD is quick and seamless. The HDMI output with 4K 60Hz support works perfectly; I tested it with my monitor, and the picture is sharp with no lag.One feature I especially liked is the 100W Power Delivery charging. The hub doesn’t interfere with my laptop’s charging, which is a big plus for my Asus TUF Dash 15.I also tested it with multiple devices connected simultaneously – no overheating, which is rare for such compact hubs.Overall, I can highly recommend it if you’re looking for a compact, reliable, and versatile hub. The value for the price is simply excellent.

Great for the ROG Ally, does 1440p 144hz, HDR, and 30 watt turbo mode (with 100 watt charger)
This dock will fully power the ROG Ally in 30 watt turbo mode if you use a 100 watt USB C power supply. Unfortunately the changer that comes with he Ally is not enough when going through the dock for some reason. A 65 watt Amazon basics charger that I have was also not enough. So if you want your Ally to run at max power you will need a 100 watt USB C power supply. I got a cheap $10 EIZLXQ 100W GaN Charger here on Amazon and it has been powering the Ally just fine in 30 watt mode through this dock.Overall the dock works really well, it can handle 1440p 144hz HDR through HDMI while also transferring files over USB at 100+MBs, a mouse with a 1000hz polling rate, and power delivery in 30 watt turbo mode on the ROG Ally all at the same time with no lag. Also no lag while playing games on the external display. In the week that I have been using the new dock I have not encountered a single issue with the display or connectivity. So I am very pleased with the dock for $14 and would highly recommenced it.Really the only minor complaints that I have is that variable refresh rate does not seem to be working through the dock. My display supports freesync and it works on my main computer, but the ROG Ally does not detect it as freesync compatible through this dock. It is possible that is something to do with the Ally or my specific monitor instead of the hub, I can't be sure. Also there are not enough USB A ports, I just do not use USB C data ports very much, but I just got some USB C to A adapters. The $6 BENFEI hub that I was using before this would have occasional lags just with the display running at 60hz (that is all it could do at 1440p) along with a mouse and keyboard. And it had horrible lag to the point of becoming basically unusable when a USB 3 drive was plugged in and pretty much just froze up when transferring data, so this is a massive upgrade over that.

This is a winner for Elgato hardware.
I took a leap in purchasing this docking station. I see a lot of people talking about hooking up additional monitors via this device, but nothing about managing the different inputs for Elgato hardware. Well, I bought it and it worked like a charm. It charged my laptop very fast, and kept the battery ahead of the use curve. I also plugging the Elgato teleprompter and foot pedal into it and it worked flawlessly. I probably could have also plugged in my web cam and this device would have tied it all together. Didn't get hot. The LED power indicator is impossible to miss making troubleshooting easy as pie. I would totally buy this again and I can't say that about a lot of electronic gear these days.Don't hesitate. Works great and it's super affordable. Just buy it.

Powerful and Affordable!
Works excellently! I was a little apprehensive about using this to power my iPad Pro, Focusrite Scarlett, and Midi Controller, while sending out a Midi Cable, but it does it all! Super great quality and connection, and no issue with the pass-through power delivery. Highly recommend!

It works for connectivity, but not fast charging.
I bought 2 of these to use with a laptop and iPad. Had no issues with connectivity. USB C and USB A ports worked just fine. Thumb drives and hard drives worked without issue. BUT I'm not sure charging is working properly. I plugged a charger into the USBC PD port and had my phone plugged in and my phone refused to fast charge. Tried 3 different cables that support fast charging. My phone said it would take 9 hours to charge. I plugged an iPad and the same thing happened. I left it plugged in for an hour and it only charged 2%. So at best this hub may maintain a charge but definately does not charge anything at a reasnable speed. Maybe mine is defective.

Must disable power management for USB hubs for this to work as advertised
This dock, and probably others like it, will idle time-out, even when data is actively being sent through it. I plugged the receiver for a USB bluetooth headset into this dock. After maybe 15 minutes of watching Youtube, the audio cut out on me. I did not have this problem if the receiver is connected directly to my laptop. Also, this timeout would cause my monitor situation to go awry. I have a multi monitor setup, and I use different monitors at different times of the day. When timed out, Windows (11 Home) will NOT recognize the monitor connected to the hub. It wasn't till disabled USB hub timeout in Windows that this problem went away. There should be a way for this hub to tell Windows to wake it up when any activity is present. Now that I turned it off, everything works as expected. It's not hard to find, but if you don't know, then it could take some research to find this info.

Great little USB dongle if all you need is HDMI out and USB-A, -C
Was looking for an inexpensive dongle that does HDMI output as well as handles USB-A and -C items, and this UGREEN Revodok Pro works perfectly for my needs. The cost is very reasonable for what you get.
