Really good, I had my doubts when purchasing this model compared to the more expensive model in pureit line up, but I had a good experience with the purchase and delivery and installation everything was done on time and professionally. The RO itself has a modern design and the water taste is fine-not the best (because I did not fit the sediment filter - since it is not provided in the package), it takes roughly 20 to 30 mins to fill up, it makes a noticeable noise low frequency mechanical noise and I think a better tap could have been added but to sum it up- the RO is great and the water is fine to drink, the taste is ok and the service availability is really good.

Not good service
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Purit Water Purifier. The level of service, response, and customer handling has been completely unacceptable. Despite raising the service request, the issue was not handled with the seriousness expected from a professional company. There was a lack of proper communication, timely response, and effective resolution. As a customer, I should not have to repeatedly follow up for a basic service that the company is responsible for providing. This kind of service reflects very poorly on the company’s customer support and service management. If the company cannot provide timely and proper service to its customers, it seriously raises questions about the quality of its after-sales support. I request Senior Management to look into this matter personally, review the conduct and performance of the concerned service team, and ensure an immediate and permanent resolution. Please do not treat this as routine feedback. I expect accountability, corrective action, and a proper response from the management.
