It is far better than I expected. SO nice! 5 stars! When I'm not using it as a costume, it's a show piece in my home. I am 5'9 and 150 lbs...and it's big on me, but it works just fine. Surprisingly, the helmet even fits my small head (I wear a small in hats). It clearly could fit someone much bigger though.The greaves are beautiful and really complete the outfit.Downsides:1) It comes covered in oil. I totally understand it's part of keeping the metal clean and undamaged in transport. Just be prepared to clean it before wearing.2) The shield is way to small for the set, but still pretty darn cool.3) Certain edges are a little sharp, but not unsafe.4) It's designed for a person who wears size XL or bigger. I wear a medium, but I can make it work really well with a padded underarmor football shirt.All in all, a really great deal for the price and worth it to any Spartan enthusiast. Thanks for an awesome product! I recommend this purchase.

I doubt I would ever find armor for this price. However there are some draw backs. It is very very oily. I’m sure it protects the metal but you will need to wash it before you wear it. The helmet is a little small for me but fits others okay. The straps on the arms and legs are a little small if you are on the bigger side. I had to get leather strips for them to reach. I’m the cheesy and back pieces actually fit pretty well. It is very adjustable. The one thing I would recommend is getting something to protect your shoulders from the metal that goes over. They are pretty sharp and can get pretty uncomfortable pretty quick. Overall I’m glad I bought it but I would say be prepared to do some work to get it just right.

It has come at last, with a week's delay. The communication with the seller has been excellent at all moments. The article is very good, that if it has come full of oil, which is what I have cost to eliminate. The size is great, better for someone with size XL. I recommend it, you look like an authentic greek. Thanks to the seller for his fast answers. Excellent comunication.

other than the shield being very small this is very detailed and well made and fits me well ... 6ft 195 with a normal muscular build ... will be adding pictures when i get the rest of the costumepreliminary pictures ..... that is not the shield it comes with

I ordered for Halloween and it was an even better product than i expected. I was 100% satisfied.

Though it is a little small I'm a bigger around the mid section guy and one strap needed minor repair. This still has to be my most favorite thing I ever ordered off Amazon. Every time I put it on I can't get over how fricking awesome it is
