Good stuff!
This is just what I needed! I am lactose intolerant and hated having to buy expensive lactose-free milk. I used to always like having a little bit of milk in the house for those times I might need a little bit of milk, but I hated having to throw away milk when I didn't finish all of it before it went bad. Having this milk powder around means that I can always make something requiring milk without having to worry about using the remaining milk from a half-gallon before it goes bad. I mix the whole milk powder with the skim milk powder to get something close to the lowfat, 2% milk that I'm used to. It is easy to use in recipes and we have not noticed a difference in taste from what we were using before. The powder mixes well and we whisk it to make sure it has dissolved completely. It is a little more expensive than buying a carton of lactose free milk from the grocery store, but it makes up for it in shelf life.

Perfect match! Whole milk without lactose! Perfect for the bit you need in a recipe!
My savior for pairing whole milk yet lactose free! This is the only powdered whole milk brand out there! I don't cook a lot but when I do -- I want whole milk not skim! This is a perfect product!

Just what I was looking for
I couldn't find this product in stores. It has a good taste, and I appreciate that it is hormone free.

BAD tasting
I drink a lot of homemade hot cocoa made from dry milk, cocoa powder, and sugar. This was the first time I've tried this brand of milk powder, and it tastes awful! I can't even drink a sip of it. It's truly awful. Avoid if you have tastebuds.

Ruins my drinks
I bought this because occasionally I’ll make drinks that need milk, but I am so bad with not getting through a even a half carton of milk before it spoils… I’m honestly only going to use this out of necessity, and also because I don’t want to waste product, but the flavor is very odd. It makes my drinks taste weird. I followed the instructions and even tried making it with my own ratio. It doesn’t really make my drink creamy like milk would and I feel like it took a while to dissolve.I honestly don’t think I would purchase this again.
