ProCook Non-Stick Paella Pan - 30cm - Wide and Shallow Cooking Pan with Strong Carbon Steel Construction for Cooking Mediterranean-Inspired Dishes

I use this on a ceramic hob. The pan is not quite completely flat on the bottom but it has not been an issue on my hob - seems to cook evenly. It is easy to clean - just needs a wash with soapy water and a soft cloth, dry it the heat again for 30 seconds and rub some oil on the cooking area of the pan to keep it in good condition (wipe off the excess oil with paper kitchen roll). I find that I can get a nice crispy finish to my paella in this pan so it feels like an authentic Spanish dish. The pan can go in the oven if required too as it is all metal. I thought the price was good and the company processed my order and had it delivered all in good time.

Good looking pan. It's actually a more sturdy pan than I thought it would be after reading some of the reviews, so good product for the price. I bought the smaller one and it makes a generous paella for two hungry people or more. Used it for the first time yesterday and my chicken and prawn paella turned out really well. Pan is just the right size for the large burner on my hob so it cooks evenly. Easy to clean afterwards.

Easy to clean, could be deeper as not able to pour all the stock in at once.

This is just what I wanted! Perfect shape and size. Definitely worse the money. Can't wait to cook some beautiful paella and shakshuka.

I bought this paella pan, thinking it was what it was. when I received it, i was happy. it was bigger than what I had expected, it looked like a pan big enough for 3-5 people, depending on how big their appetite was. It was also a bit deeper than a paella pan, but for me it was just right. My only comment is that it doesn't do what it's supposed to do. It's supposed to be a non stick pan, but it my rice did stick on the bottom of the pan. i had to make sure that i had to stir the rice every now and then just to make sure that it cooks well and that it not stick to the bottom. plus it would be better if it had a cover. i had to use the lid of a different pan. Otherwise, the rice would be half cooked. other than that, i have no problem.

I have never had one before or ever cooked paella, but after eating paella at my daughter's decided to give it a try myself. Ordered this paella pan. Such ease, and a wonderful paella. Non-stick as stated and can't fault this pan. So authentic!
