VIPRTECH Reaper 4.0 Gaming PC, Ryzen 7 8700F, RTX 5070, 32GB/2TB Onyx Black

I have been gaming on a laptop for years, and once that was reaching the end of its rope, I decided to upgrade to a PC. I was scouring the internet to see what was good and within my price range. I found this desktop. I decided to order it, along with some necessary components (monitor, keyboard, etc.). I've been running this PC for about 3-4 weeks now, and it's great. It's fast, quiet, and the level output is top-notch. It's a bit on the bigger side, but I didn't really know what to expect, but it fits next to my desk under an end table and runs just fine. I haven't had any issues with overheating or cooling. The only "issue" I had was that the wifi adapter that was sent with the PC wouldn't download the necessary drivers for whatever reason, so it repeatedly disconnected. I contacted the seller to find out the make/model of the adapter to figure out where to get the drivers from, and they instead sent me $20 to buy a new adapter of my choice. I was very happy with that, as they were very responsive. They genuinely seemed like they wanted to ensure I had a great experience, and so far it's been just that. I highly recommend this PC. ViprTech puts together a great product for the budget, and my PC is running very well. I'm hoping to get quite some time and use out of it, so I will update if I run into any catastrophic issues that need to be addressed.

My son worked all summer long to buy this PC. It worked as promised. And when he ran into problems with it recently, the support team was patient & informative, responsive & helpful. Over several email exchanges, they gave us guidance for troubling shooting. They replied with more suggestions when I couldn't fix it on my own, even asking for me to send photos so that they could diagnose things. When all else failed, they reminded me of the warranty, which meant they'd fix it for my son. They gave me a timeline & stuck to it. All of this is rare, no matter what the product. You get your money's worth here, not just for the product but also for the friendly & diligent service.

This is a beautiful computer. It has run everything I needed without fault. It is compact and very quiet. It came well packaged and protested for optimal performance. Definitely would recommend.

Pretty decent PC, it's just annoying that the USB-C port has no headphone compatibility, given the high price. My specific model also has some problems with the occasional frame buffering wich I can only percieve as some kind of CPU throttling. Will probably need to replace the thermal paste. Overall good components, for a decent price. Just wish it had a little less jank given it is literally the price of a used beater car.

this PC is incredible, boots into windows in seconds, plays my entire steam library of 158 games with ease, plays games like star citizen and EVE online smoothly with no drops in frame rate, you may want to add a couple SATA SSD's for additional storage, I added an extra 5 Tb for the games. i can livestream my gameplay through steam and it all runs perfectly. the only downside is that the LEDs for the ram and CPU can't be turned off. this thing is in my bedroom and i have to turn the case lights off when i sleep otherwise it lights up the whole room. first world problems amiright?

Seller sold me the incorrect item. I order this and recieved an unusable motherboard that was not able to keep the video card functioning as well as the Ethernet port died 2 months in the power supply was a 600 watt generic PoS, wasnt able to keep proper power supplied to Graphics card. some very bad BIOS that restricted 6400Mhz ram to 4800. it was wired incorrectly. and the GC was black instead of the ordered color. they pig tailed the power to the GC off of one power line. the USB-C was 2.0 not the required minimum of 3.1. they used bad pass through cables not meant to be used with the power supply and not last or least the LED is not program controlled but a click button that takes either buying new or just rewiring theirs correctly. (soldering involved) Honestly if they didnt try to be skimpy on the parts that mattered it would be a wonderful machine. Alas it wasn't though. The fix you ask? certainly not customer service. I replaced the "oem b650" with a gigabye B850 Aorus Elite wifi6 ICE and a corsair 1000w PS. it now has unlocked 6400 mhz RAM fully working motherboard with everything as quite as a mouse. using Ollama and multiple libraries it no longer screams in pain trying to respond. Not worth the time or incompetence of dealing with this company. dont cut corners. Oh and dont forget the warranty that you didn't know you had. canceled mine for a violation i never new about. just keep the headache away and this company further away.

My GPU stays at 86-89 Celsius at 74-90% usage with the fans at 100% speed. The GPU runs at 38 Celsius resting with no apps open (that's insane). Yhe PC is only 2 months old. The cooling and airflow is very bad and will cause this expensive GPU to die very quickly. When you have to return it, they charge you 20% of the purchase price + shipping for a PC they knew did not work when they sold it to you. The strangest part os the seller admitted to giving the larger GPU less fan cooling than the smaller GPU, which is obviously backwards. See my image and the seller's image attached. Notice the missing bottom fan. I repeat: DO NOT BUY THIS PC. I reported my issues to the seller and I never heard back from them. Now they are charging me $350+ to return a dysfunctional PC. You are better off going to MicroCenter and having them build you one on the spot without the shady practices and for less money.

When I ordered the reaper 3.0 I was a bit skeptical due to mixed reviews but after playing a few games it works perfectly. It doesn't come with a keyboard and mouse so keep in mind you may need to purchase accessories. The setup from the qr code was easy and the heat level is very cool due to the cooler. Runs games at a high speed, looks amazing, and got it at a good value for the money. Thanks Viprtech for testing it out. Give them a shot. Also if you do order make sure you check specs. The "scams" people are saying are from their lower end computers that are cheap. Recommend 10/10
