The internals with the texturing do not spin, the tip chamber does but this does not provide any really stimulation. If you are long enough to get to this chamber (it's about 7") then your girth will stop you from entering it anyway as the passage way is too tight.The only real stimulation occurs from the vibration which is good but with only one motor it does not cover enough area. The suction works great but has no modes to simply hold suction which would keep the vibration motor in place where you need it. The suction modes have light shallow settings but none for the harder deeper suction modes. At that the toy entrance silicon is a poor shape leading to loss or break of suction too easily. There's also no way to remove air inside the toy after inserting. This leads to a lot of potential sensations left at bay.Build quality is cheap and is not full waterproof as advertised. This is a terrible value and a poor execution of a decent idea.
