Cooks well, works well, easy once you’re used to it.
Works good! Cooks well; works great with pre-packaged food instructions. Food comes out cooked as expected, right temperature, even cooking across the whole area. Nice and fast, more economical and doesn’t heat the kitchen as much as the big oven. Would be great for small spaces as a substitute oven as long as you’re not a professional baker. Has 2 separate oven parts; you’ll have to read the instructions the first time or two but then you got it. The top part is mostly a toaster/broiler with a tray. The bottom part can be an air fryer, an oven, and whatever else it says. We mostly air fry parmesan cheesy brazi-bites (15 min), mozzarella sticks (7 min), cheese curds (little cheese bites - 6 min), and a few other things. On top we broil/toast cheesy toast and such. Yummy!! It’s worked very well so far. It alerts you when it is pre-heated and ready to cook (but you can honestly pop the food in at the start before it pre-heats and let it sorta cook for the 2 extra minutes while warming up; it comes out good) and then beeps when it’s done cooking. You can cook with each part independently or at the same time. You pick top or bottom, select the cook type (oven, air fryer, broil, etc) then set the temperature and time. It remembers the last thing you cooked, so if you make the same thing a lot, it’s very easy to just pop it in and go. We got brown parchment paper type liners for the fry basket and they work great to keep cheese from dripping; it still cooks well with them. Little loud - have to turn tv up by 2. The fan blows while it’s cooking and when it’s cooling after you use it (5-10 minutes). That’s the only bad part. You wouldn’t want it right next to you, but as long as it’s in another room, it will be fine. Ours is in the kitchen with a bar and otherwise open, so that’s why we turn the volume up. If the room was closed, it would be fine. But if you live in a studio apartment and can’t stand noise, not for you. It’s about twice as loud as an inset microwave but no where like a vacuum cleaner. Inset microwave with fan is louder than it.

Happy Purchase
Easy to clean, awesome being able to cook different things at same time. Way better than our old air fryer. Have been using for awhile now with no issues! Air Frying works great and makes tasty foods!

Double Stack cooks 2 differernt items at different temperatures
The Ninja Double Stack is great. Toast nicely and not too long. It air frys left over french fries well so they are crispy. It can be cooking 2 different items needing different tempertures easily. It also cleans easily now that I have 2 of the right size aluminum floor covers of the 2 different ovens. I had to get the 2nd floor cover from Ninja.

Would buy again
I had previously purchased a Pampered Chef model. This one is comparable in quality and ease of use. Love not having to heat the entire oven up especially on hot summer days.

Unbelievably stupid design flaw
I had to buy this because my landlord wouldn’t fix our oven for like 6 months. The pros are that it does the job and surprisingly easy to figure out. I like how big it is and can fit a lot of food. The thing that is annoying beyond belief is the design of the basket leaves crumbs effing everywhere. I try to hold the provided cooking sheet under the basket but it’s kind of clumsy. I make sure to have the sheet on the bottom whenever I cook something, but if you pull the basket out, it gets crumbs all over inside the door windows. And it’s not super easy to clean because crumbs get in the crevices of the door, and they also slip through the cracks of the door and get underneath the air fryer too. If you shake the basket, the crumbs just are everywhere. It’s an unbelievably stupid design. I truly think the engineers never once used this basket before bringing to market. Also other annoying things like after it preheats it just starts counting down, and it doesn’t pause when you open the door.

There should be 10 stars because there's two toaster ovens.
Wow. Just wow. First off, it's two in one. It's a pretty effective convection oven with all sorts of settings on the bottom, and a super powerful super fast toaster oven on the top. Didn't even know this existed, but once our old unit failed, and I did some looking, this kept coming up as a top reviewed model. In fact, the reviews don't do it justice. It has done so much for us in so little time, we don't know how we got by without it. One thing to be aware of, it has a total maximum amount of power it can draw. So if you're trying to toast bread while you're using the bottom oven, the toast time will go up and the toasting isn't great. Because it reduces or throttles back the power on the top If you were using the bottom. But it only slows her down you can still make toast. I've done it plenty of times. I use Gemini and get advice on how to use it because it is crazy complicated. Essentially the different settings can adjust the speed of the fan up or down. I think the fastest airspeed is the airfry condition. That crisps up raw cut potatoes that I shake in oil & a little seasoning, And it makes perfect french fries. Does a great job with chicken fingers too. The pizza setting is incredible, the cheese is bubbling, the crust gets crunchy, in no time at all. It's like magic. We sometimes use this now instead of the microwave for a lot of things. A microwave makes stuff mushy and indifferently heated. With this one, you can adjust the fan speed up or down using the different settings and the different temperatures to get exactly the outcome you want.

Airfried tendies to perfection
Arrived today Did not have to read the manual Everything was easy to understand & set The digital display & easy touch controls feel high end There is only one crumb tray.. I have ordered a second to place under the airfrying basket at the bottom of the second oven to catch juices as putting a roasting pan on the rack beneath it no doubt would affect how evenly food airfrys There is a 2 min preheat before airfrying begins & a cooling fan that runs when the airfrying stops The fan did not seem to run if i left the door open so if the fan running irks you & you dont have littles you can just leave the door open until it cools just know that the door does get hot I will try toasting a bagel next but plan to use bake function & set my preferred temp as opposed to using the preset 'bagel' setting since someone mentioned it torched their bagel Noticed the heating elements in the top portion do not seem well protected so aluminum foil will definitely be a must when baking things where cheese or grease may drip All in all i really enjoyed the first use of this appliance Its a bit hulky size wise but still space saves since it truly is a 2 in 1 Ill be interested to see what cant be cooked in this 12 in 1
