I was a bit apprehensive purchasing a refurbished phone, particularly when the condition said acceptable. However, I didn't need to worry because the s9+ arrived in pretty much perfect condition. The seller also provided a charge cable and plug, which weren't genuine Samsung but do the job perfectly. Delivery was next day as promised too. I have been using the phone for a week now with no issue at all. If you are considering a refurbished phone, go for it! You won't regret it.

Thus firm is amazing I had trouble with my first phone but they bent over backwards to sort the problem out for me without bother at all if you want a decent phone from a great company buy from them

Bought for my 83 year old mother. She previously had an s7 edge. So this was familiar to her. The phone seems to be in perfect condition. Only problem is the next day. When she was saying she couldn't get the charger to plug into phone. So had to take another trip to her to see what the problem was. The wrong size charging cable was put into the box with this phone. So had to give her my cable and now have to get myself a new one.. I know their cheap enough to buy. But you would think that the right charging cable would have been included.

It came and I put it away for my sons birthday and then when we opened it there was a hairline crack on the screen.

DO IT!! I read the reviews and thought I'd risk it, I mean buying off of an unknown retailer on Amazon always feels risky but it's paid off. You wouldn't know the phone wasn't brand new. A really good phone, easy to use and fast. Just make sure if you set a pin you write it down because the day after I got it it did an update and the eye recognition thing wiped itself so I had to unlock it by using my password which I forgot haha luckily I wrote it down. The camera is crazily good, a bit too zoomed in for my liking 😅 came quickly and they didn't just chuck it outside my front door as they do with some items because it's posted as 'signed for' which was a worry for me.

Great value for money. My phone was like new when it arrived and I have had no problems with it.
