I am never sure if I'm going to like these all-in-one sets since some are actually useable and others are cheap and useless. I am so glad that this is one of the good ones. The net was very easy to set up and take down since we don't want to leave it up all of the time. It is a good height for everyone in the family so that we can all play. The paddles are decent quality and at this time and we have played with any chips or broken paddles (we've broken a few cheaper ones in the past). It has plenty of balls in the set. We don't really use the markers much, but it is nice to have them in case we want to set up for a more official game. The only thing I don't really see the need for is the ball retriever. They fit on the end of the paddle, which has a short handle. You have to bend over to use the retriever, so you might as well pick the ball up yourself. We tried them and decided they weren't worth using. We are playing in the yard, so perhaps they are more useful on a harder surface. But we are completely satisfied with this pickleball set.

excellent choice for anyone new to the sport. the half court net is sturdy and easy to set up, making it perfect for use in a driveway or backyard. the wood paddles are durable and provide a good balance of power and control, which is ideal for beginners getting a feel for the game. i also appreciate the included court marking kit; it adds an extra layer of convenience, allowing you to set up a proper court wherever you have space.

This has a few items that you don't see with many sets. The court marking kit and the ball pickups. Of those 2, I think the marking kit is useful. The ball pickups not so much. The wood paddles weigh a little over 8 and 1/2 ounces which is a little on the heavy side. Composite paddles are lighter and have a bigger surface area However if you have kids who are tough on equipment wood can be a good way to go.I feel this may be priced a tad high, since you can get a full size net with 4 paddles for less than this. However, if you don't have space for that, and durability is more important than playability on your paddles, this might be right for you.

What a clever idea and worth every penny, maybe worth more. We would have paid more for this actually!We set this up in the courtyard of our house with the house on one side and the garage and tool house on the other. So there is lots of room! We have everyone wanting to play, grandchildren LOVE it!Basically the 10 foot court is a little less than 1/2 the size of a legal PICKLEBALL Court. What an opportunity to learn. The grandchildren are learning to hit the ball by playing a game where they see how many times they can hit it in a row without messing up. So they play in teams of two and the sportsmanship is extraordinary. We may be giving a couple of these all inclusive sets as presents this Christmas! A very easy FIVE STARS!!!
