Pretty fast but glitchy
Pretty speedy little machine, this is an update. The machine is very speedy and it doesn't get hot considering how small it you would think it would. I had some problems with it shutting itself off at first tech support sent me a update for the BIOS. Chat gpt walked me through it it works fine now.

Beelink GTi13 and eGPU - a Great Couple
Order arrived ahead of original schedule :-) Been running the GTi13 for several days and it's been running perfectly. I also got the Beelink eGPU dock along with an ASUS GEFORCT RTX 3050 card and the combo works great. Alone or in combo the system is quiet, low noise though I've not put it through any kind of stress test. The speakers, as most have noted, are just adequate and turning the system on its side did not improve the somewhat muffled sound much. The GTi13 itself is already assembled and adding the eGPU was easy after seeing it done on Youtubes. I've been looking for a custom carry case for the GTi13 but it seems the built-in power and PCI slot make this mini PC an unusually large mini and all the carry cases I've seen on Amazon are too small.

It's a Winner for Me
Great little workhorse! This is my daily driver and it handles all t he usual suspect apps with ease. Gave me back a tremendous amount of desktop real-estate and didn't cost an arm and a leg. Using lower-end versions of this throughout my business and have not run into any issues. I was skeptical of the brand at first but call me a true believer now...

It's a HUGE disappointment. It's going back where it came from.
Tries to update every time I shut it down, but with no significant (wired) ethernet activity. Every time it gets past the Windows lock screen on bootup, it asks for the same permissions that I entered during setup: Location, Inking & Typing, Tailored Experiences (and I disallow them every time). It will not install the latest Windows Update (says it's 0% downloaded for over an hour). This has TWO DDR5 DRAM slots, not the four advertised. And if I had known these things, I wouldn't have bought it, because I want to add 64GB of DRAM to the 32 it comes with, and I want it to have the latest Windows Updates. I had bought another one before and am returning it. This one took about 10 days to arrive, and now I am going to return this (I thought this would be a new rev, since they said it has four DRAM slots, and the other only listed two). Nope- they both act the same. Both say that they have BIOS version GTiT201, from 02/20/2025 15:48:36. BTW: The first one I bought arrived overnight, and while it won't update, it doesn't ask me for the same permissions when I sign in, and it doesn't say it's updating every time I restart or shut down.

Frustrating and disappointing
This experience was a hot mess. First, I am a retired IT professional with over 30 years' experience technically and in Customer Support, so, while not perfect, I know my way around computers. BEELINK support did me absolutely no good. All they did was keep asking me for more pictures, but offered no insights. In addition they are in a GMT time Zone so there were LONG delays in their responses. They are only open M-F 9am-6pm THEIR tine. I also bought the docking station and an MSI Gaming Trio White GeForce RTX 5060 Ti GPU. This review pertains to all of that. Without the docking station, the PC worked just fine. After assembling and installing, the components, the display kept on 'stuttering' back and forth among a black screen, the wall paper, and a small square that said 'Display Port'. After reading some very helpful reviews here on Amazon, and doing some research on my own, here is basically what I had to do to fix this. 1) I disconnected the docking station and downloaded the GPU Driver from NVIDIA. 2) I reconnected the docking station. 3) Working in between the 'stutters' I was able to install the CPU Driver.....a challenging process. Each image only flashed for about 2-3 seconds. 4) I went into the BIOS, and made the following changes. a) CHIPSET -- SYSTEM AGENT (SA) CONFIGURATION -- PRIMARY DISPLAY, and changed IGFX to AUTO b) CHIPSET -- PCIe EXPRESS CONFIGURATION -- PCIe EXPRESS ROOT PORT 2, and changed PCIe SPEED to AUTO The GPU is a PCIe GEN5 processor, but the BEELINK BIOS was set to GEN4. BEELINK kept telling me to change it to GEN3. Now it works just fine This took me about 2 weeks of going back and forth with BEELINK, and trying different things out. Had communications and support that engages with the customer been the case, this could have been straightened out in a day or two. Bottom line, I can see from my own experience why this is a 'frequently returned item' according to AMAZON. The temptation to pack it all up and send it all back was very strong. Hang in there, folks. Once the changes to the BIOS are made and drivers are installed, the system works very well. I gave 3 stars because of the terrible support, not because of the technology. I hope this is helpful and encouraging.

Small and powerful mini PC
Works, but has a tendency to drop the Wi-Fi randomly and needs to be reset. There is also a weird quirk with sleep mode sometimes, where I can not get it to come back on and have to unplug it to reset the computer. Overall these are minor nuisances.
