There's so many quick practical ideas from this book.Now as I write emails, an email guardian angel pops into my ear to help me do better.Love the ideas in this book that reframed out a see emailing, how I double check what good looks like, and a reminder to keep it concise and on point.Highly recommend this book for any professional that sends emails.Lots of my notes in this book also included "lol."

This is the best book I've read on email marketing. The authors obviously have deep expertise in this area. They give really practical, easy-to-understand guidance that is backed up with data. I also love the tone of the book. It's fresh and refreshing. It should be part of every marketer's library.

Authors did a great job presenting the data and giving examples to follow.I'm implementing some of their recommendations this week!

I won a copy of this book in a Goodreads giveaway. I am not in Marketing, but I often send sitewide emails in my role. There were a lot of takeaways that i highlighted and plan to try to increase engagement. This would be more relevant to someone in a marketing or non-profit role. Still it was engaging and easy to read.
