UniBond Floor Tile Grout with Anti-Mould Standard Tub - Grey (Old Version)

I have grey floor tiles in my hallway and over the years been paying someone to fill in the gaps when the grout breaks up. There is a certain level of movement in my floor and I know this contributes to the grout breaking up.I opted this time to buy the grout myself and do it myself as I have found when previously done by paid professionals the grout did not last very long - so might as well do it my self and save money.I applied the grout at 1:00 am when no one would be up and walking about and applied with the Vitrex Grout Finisher. I am glad I did and applied to approximately 15 gaps . I used the ball end of the finisher to push and smooth the grout and then added more level to the tile. I did roughly 5 gaps at a time and wiped excess off with a damp cloth as it does dry quickly.The grout does dry dark pretty much the shade you see on the second half of the tub ( forget the picture with the tiles) I am talking about the lower half of the tub in dark grey - that's the colour it dries - which is perfect for me.Even though I wiped the excess off the tiles and the gaps with a damp cloth to give a smooth finish the grout has dried a bit grainy but it is fine because seems much more robust that what was previously applied. I noticed as I am walking there this almost no movement of the floor either.I also made a point of not mopping the tile for 3 days to ensure the grout properly dried inside as my gaps are a bit deep. And doing this has worked well.So hoping this will last a while... and whenever it needs doing again, I'll do it myself as I have this tub with more in it

It's a good product easy to use and good to fill up joints or broken tiles

This stuff adheres quite well but dries in front of your eyes - need steel wool to clean up the remnants.I have also noticed white specs interspersed in the dried grout, which takes a bit of an aesthetic appeal away.

Excellent grout, easy to spread, dries at a good rate and being premixed is a time saver plus maintains colour consistency. Really pleased with the product though should note grey is not a light grey as it appears in the post, it's a mid to dark grey.

This came with tub all broken and half the tub in the box it's also unreturnable and that's the only option I'm getting to return it ,

Perfectly good product.I had a very unusual requirement and this didn't do the job; can't fault it for that.
