I ordered an 18 month costume for my 11 month old who weighs 22lbs. The arms were a little long but the rest of the costume fit well. I was very pleased with the quality. It wasn't too warm on its own which worked out as our weather ended up being in the 60s Halloween night.

Everyone stopped us to say how cute his costume was! Kept him warm all night. Great quality.

Soooo cute. Good quality. But the hood was way too big for my son, would'nt stay on.
