Do Therese actually work on textured wallpaper?

Yes I’ve used them on my mobile home walls . I had tried all most every other product on market

Would it be suitable for securing a pleated curtain pelmet on to wooden board

I would say yes, providing the weight of the pelmet is not too heavy. I’m using the strips to attach photo pictures to a wall

Does that damage plasterboard when removed?

Firstly, I’m assuming the plasterboard has been painted. These strips work better on a non matte finish, on silk paint they come off easier! On matte if you remove them really slowly and carefully you can retain the paint finish with minimum damage
