As described
It has no scent, not that it's a bad thing, but that's why I gave it 3 stars for scent. The lotion is a bit richer than the blue Mixa for example, but it absorbs alright.

For sensitive bodies, but not the face
This is a lightly scented lotion in a convenient pump-action bottle. As a lotion it's fine, nothing spectacular. If you have sensitive skin or an existing condition, this lotion is designed to work without aggravating your condition. It states quite clearly on the bottle that you should not use this on your face. To be honest this seems weird. I've used cheaper lotions. I've used more expensive lotions. I've read the packaging and none of them prohibit using them on your face.Mixa is owned by L'Oreal so maybe they prefer you to buy a more expensive lotion for your face. Honestly I find it quite unsettling that a lotion manufacturer WARNS against using their own product on your face.If I was reviewing this as a marketing item I'd give it one star for making me fear having it near my face, but as a lotion it's fine, Wear a balaclava when putting it on and you should be fine.

Mixa Soothing Lotion
This has an east-to-control pump that allows you to control precisely how much hand cream you use, unlike some pumps that you either have to press hard or worse, when the product comes out, it squirts past your hand. The cream itself is very thick but spreads quickly and is absorbed fairly quickly and given 15-20 minutes to allow mild tingling on the backs of the hands to settle down, leaves the skin smooth although I’m not so keen on the effects on my fingertips as it seems to raise the ridges so that I can feel them when I rub my fingers together. Does seem to moisturise well.

Lightly Fragranced Hydration
This Mixa body lotion comes in a reasonably generous 250 ml pump bottle which means it is easy to control, and hygienic to dispense. The fragrance is barely perceptible and as one would expect given the presence of oat milk has a toasted overtone of cereal about it. It does take a little time absorb into the skin largely I think because it is on the thick side and very creamy in texture thanks to the shea butter and liquid paraffin which the formulation contains.. It does reduce dryness and speaking as someone who has very sensitive skin, it has not engendered any rashes or allergic reaction. For it to work most effectively it must be applied a couple of times a day and if you do this then it will reduce though not totally eradicate both chapping and cracking. Given we are now in the coldest months of the year this is a good time to start treating your skin to some hydration and this is a very decent choice. Note that this pink topped bottle is less perfumed than some others in the Mixa range if that is a factor for you.
