They feel, look and behave wonderfully. But alas the little metal loop for the fishing line broke off pretty soon. Nothing a dollop of superglue can't handle but Im taking a star off for cutting corners. Still very good and visible from very far.

Perfect floats to train youngsters. Given they need a decent weight which helps avoid line knots etc on the cheaper child’s reels. Easily cast, visible yet still sensitive to register sharp bites.For adults they work for massive casting distances yet smaller bites are still registered.Easily hold up in heavy winds and poor conditions. Can be used to suspend heavy baits mid level for carpCaught a brace of roach and several carp on first use using maggot and corn.

Haven't used them yet and don't see mentioning about weight of split shot to be used with each float. Only basic diagram on the back showing a series of them on the line.

Eye on one of the floats was a little bit damaged, one eye come off as ypu can see in the photo. So buy a pack of three floats and only one can actually be used, not exactly ideal. Threw the packaging away so probably cannot return and one has been used so makes it basically £5 for one float. Better floats out there for that price!Would not recommend or buy again.

These match the other floats from the same selection , a good addition to my tackle box.

Red paint top of the float has peeled off.

They seem ok,but i am not sure how robust they will be.
