Pad not removable
With the crab, you have to microwave the whole thing. Unfortunately , even though we followed the heating instructions, the inner beads burnt, making a horrible smell. Maybe our microwave is warmer than the product expects? Because the heating pad can’t be removed and replaced, we’ll have to throw it out. Such a shame , as my daughter found it useful before it burnt (on day 1)

Don't buy this product
If I could give this zero stars I would. Bought this for my daughter to use while recovering from surgery. It was fine the first couple of uses but when she used it the other day it caught fire. I have reached out to the company but got absolutely no response. Don’t waste your money.

This is amazing! It’s so cute and cuddly. I got the crab and it’s very soothing to have. It smells great and nice weight. It heats quickly. This would be a great gift for girl friends.

It is a little on the pricey side for what is essentially just a heating pad, but it works well and has a nice scent. Plus it’s sooo cute which makes it a good pick-me-up on crampy days. Already thinking about getting the crab and will definitely be repurchasing the lobster for my friend!
