Great tea! Bitter, especially if steeped for longer time, but that's mugwort; it's a plant, plants have different characteristics... research the plant before you buy the tea. ;) This is not the seller's fault, it is only the plant's characteristics. If it's too bitter for you, a tad of honey takes away the bitterness, and tastes amazing (in my opinion). If drank before bed, it helps with relaxing and dreaming. For those that gave a 1 star review and said that it comes in "rabbit feed" or "stems", etc., this is a process known as pelletizing. It's used for many varieties of tea to keep it fresh, lasts longer, release more flavour, etc. It comes in a resealable air-tight bag with a silica pack (for freshness). So, thank you very much to the seller and manufacturer for having a high standard of quality for your product! ^_^ I have no issues whatsoever with the tea bags. Very well-designed packaging, freshness-aids, and an over all great tea. There are a couple slightly cheaper options on Amazon, but they don't have this quality of packaging and freshness-retaining aids. As of when writing this, I was feeling really drained and nauseous, so I had this amazing tea while writing this review... I feel 100% all of a sudden. Effects may differ among individuals, however. If you take into consideration what I said, you can't go wrong... but then again, everyone has different tastes and preferences. Give it a try if you are curious. :)

This is a nice tea. Some reviews talked about this tea making you sleepy. They are right, this would be a great tea before bed (unless you urinate all night like me) the curse of getting older. So I don't drink it right before bed. If I want to relax in the early afternoon, this will do it. This is not a morning wake up tea for sure. The tannins are not very strong so your tongue does not get that dry bitter feel. Smooth with just a pinch of honey if you choose.

I tried a few brands and this one is far better than others high quality organic ones. I have not expected that. 1 - bags are great quality and full of tea not just a speckle of herbs 2 - taste is amazing 3 - I immediately feel the effects It’s my favourite go to if I don’t have enough fresh from the garden If you follow Medical Medium protocols don’t look farther. This tea made wonders on my healing journey. And actually it’s the only dried lemon balm that I truly enjoy. I hope that helps.
