Complete Waste of Money, please don’t get scammed
Don’t buy this product. It is one of the worst purchases I’ve made. The filter body developed a crack within just one week of normal usage, as shown in the photo. There was no mishandling, no installation mistake, and no damage during delivery. It simply cracked on its own under regular water pressure. Before buying, I noticed a few reviews mentioning the exact same issue. I assumed those cases might have been due to improper installation or damaged pieces during shipping, so I decided to give this product a chance. Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me. This clearly looks like a poor-quality plastic housing and not an isolated incident. A product that’s supposed to handle water pressure shouldn’t crack within a week. I completely regret this purchase. It’s a total waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Spend a little more and buy a better-quality alternative instead.

This device is extremely useful if your hair is falling out or becoming rough due to hard or poor quality water. For rough hair, it is nothing short of a blessing. It gives the best results within just 3 days of use. Important: This does not reduce the TDS of the water because that is a filter's job, but you will notice a night and day difference in the cleanliness of the water making it completely smell-free and dust-free.

I purchased this Cleo Tap Water Filter for my home, and I'm happy with the quality. It is easy to install, and the water tastes cleaner and fresher after filtration. The build quality feels sturdy, and it works well for daily use. Overall, it's a good value for money. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and effective tap water filter.

🚫 Extremely Poor Quality – Installation Can DAMAGE Your Tap
This product is made of pathetic, substandard plastic. During normal installation, the ABS composite tap adapter BROKE and got stuck inside my tap. The material is so cheap and brittle that it cannot even handle basic hand-tight fitting. ⚠️ SERIOUS INSTALLATION RISK The adapter threads are very poor quality. While tightening, the threads started slipping and got damaged immediately, which may cause the adapter to crack. This is not user error – it is a manufacturing defect and cheap material issue. Now I am left with: - A damaged tap - A broken adapter stuck inside A bathroom fitting should NEVER break during installation. This is dangerous, irresponsible design and shows zero quality control from WaterScience. Selling such products on Amazon is unacceptable. I strongly warn buyers: DO NOT BUY unless you want to risk damaging your tap fittings. WaterScience should refund my money immediately. Absolute waste of money.
