Q: Will this work for Anderson??

Worked for my rolldown-screen anderson & was less expensive that the "free" & faster options I got when I called the company.

Q: can i install this on a steel 100lbs plus steel outdoor side gate??

I'll go out on a limb and tell you no, you need a more robust system. I don't think this would last more than a few hold-opens before breaking down. I use mine on a lightweight screen door with a spring closer- it's just right. I suspect a heavyweight door might need a counterweight system.

Q: What is the length? Product information says 2x4x4 but shows the package is 13.7 in. long . How did you do that ?

The actual mechanism, long metal tube, is 13.7 in long. The hardware that connects the mechanism to the door is 2" long and one that adheres to the wall is 3" long. The tub is a little over 1" wide. So, I am unsure where the 2x4x4 comes in. But, I did notice this when I ordered it as well. It must be an error on their side.

Q: Is the jamb bracket for Pella storm door sold separately

If you are referring to the plastic piece that holds the closer to the door frame, yes it is sold separate. I order 4 or 5 at a time because when the wind catches the door and flings it open usually the plastic piece breaks.
