Incredible! Works immediately on me. I had to look it up because I thought it must have to work over time, but it can work within hours. My systolic was consistently running around 145. I took three tablets, woke up, and it was 124! I have no idea if results can vary due to each individual's physiology or conditions, but this is phenomenal and could add years to my life.
