Sautéd my chicken with a few quartered tomatoes in an electric pressure cooker, then simply added the sauce, put on the lid and set my pressure cooker to the 'curry' setting and left it. Turned it off after the beep and released the pressure. Then just left it keeping warm whilst I made some pilau rice, naan, samosas and bhajis. It was perfect. Tender chicken and the sauce was a perfect consistency and flavour. I usually make my own sauces from scratch. But for a stock cupboard item you can't knock this at all.
