I've had this chair 2 years, so I have definitely broken it in and what there is to know, is that chair seems like a good product for the most part. However should you encounter any issues after warranty date don't expect any help from the company. I, myself had several issues with the chair ranging from parts breaking like the chair legs and the biggest issue was the gaslift had become jammed in the chair and I was unable to separate it even with a range of tools at my disposal (pipe wrench, rubber mallet, wd40). So I contacted Amazon and they told me to speak to the manufacturer and I did so through their email and I told them the issue and they and they said I could buy the parts I need from them. However 2 days later they said said due to my warranty being over this January, they would not sell me the parts. 1. If it was within warranty I shouldn't be paying for the parts.2. You don't tell me one thing and then change the narrative 2 days later, it shows you're bad at your job.I paid 150 for this chair when it was on sale a 2 years ago and personally with the customer service you get from the company. I wouldn't ever spend that much money on one of their products again.

Let me start with saying that the chair is amazing! Yes, it does have some flaws but it's not a £600 premium chair.Pros:* Good chair for tall people. I'm a tall person (6ft4) and the chair is the right size for me. I can rest my head on the head rest - it doesn't end at my neck like most chairs do.* It's comfy! The Lumbar support pillow albeit quite on the firm side, does help. I've spent an all nighter playing AC Odyssey when it came out and didn't have any significant back pain, which is a big problem for me.* Chair looks great! I got the black on black version as I didn't want it to stand out too much, and really looks great.Cons:* I really haven't been using the chair that long as after I purchased it, it was sitting in the box waiting for me to take it to university to put it together there. Point is, it hasn't been used that much and it's already extremely loud. It creeks every time I try to lean back and the sound is so loud that my flatmates upstairs can hear it.I have tried to lubricate the parts that I thought were making the sounds but it didn't help* Before mentioned lumbar support pillow is quite firm so it just sits there, instead of adjusting to the shape of your back.* My arm rests for some reason are not aligned. If I move all the way forward one goes out more than the other, and when I move them all the way back the other one is further back more than the other one. It's probably no the issue with all the chair but it does bother me because of my OCD haha.

I love the chair. It looks great and once you have it set to your preference it’s very comfortable. The only reasons I haven’t put 5 stars is that the back is slightly tilted left due to the screw holes being a bit wonky on the back, but other than visuals you don’t really feel it. Also, the small plastic lift lever cover was broken in the box. However I emailed the supplier and they sent a whole new lift part for the chair really quickly, despite me only asking for a new plastic handle. Overall I’m very pleased so far.

the chair is very comfortable and it sits very well playing, it heats the wisdom with the given weight, the only drawback is that it is a bit low for players who are 190 cm tall, I recommend it to other players

The seat is well made and has a comfortable seat. It looks great and is nicely adjustable include the arm rests.It's difficult to assemble as the instructions are useless. The bracket cover on the rear of the seat is especially difficult to fit.The main issue is that unless you are tall this seat is very uncomfortable due to the way it curves. If you are not 6' tall I would not recommend this at all. You just can't get your back aligned to the chair otherwise.

Very nice chair. Only the plastic on the backrest might be softer. However very happy with it in overall.

5*Really good, comfortable chair. Looks really good and was relatively easy to put together, I have sat in it for many hours at a time without any discomfort. My chair creaked once or twice after a few days of use but one shot of wd40 and it hasn't made a noise since. For the price I got it for (169), definitely worth the moneyUpdateIt still creaks I think that's just part and parcel of the chair but still incredibly comfortable can easily sit in it for hours marathoning games. Also excellent customer service I accidentally broke one of the armrests 2 emails later I received the replacement. For price couldn't recommend more
