This sit up bench is awesome! It is great quality and easy to assemble. This bench has proved to be as versatile and sturdy as described. It offers 5 level adjustable height, and this bench enables a variety of exercises such as sit up, push up, back and hip extension, and lying leg raise. The padding is thick and plush, and provides support and comfort during workout. it's easy to move around. It is a great beach for home gyms.

Box was a little damaged and boxing bag will not blow up contacted seller for refund and they asked for pictures I sent picture and still waiting for seller to get back to me about my refund

The machine itself was easy to ensemble works great but the punching bag does not inflate so the bar and bag are useless to me.
