Oakley Men's LSA Terrain Military Boot

I have 3 sons in the military, these were issued to one of them. Anyway my husband got a pair an loved them. He's in construction an says its like wearing slippers. There great for summer. They make ones for jungle wear that have vented holes in the soles, ya don't want those for daily wear. Your socks get soggy. They fit great an seem true to size. They came fast and they last really well with hard wear. Worth the money. Great job Oakley ,now don't change them. Love these boots. Well not me but hubby an my military boys.

These are great boots. I am not a fan of the big, heavy, and bulky tactical boots. These are nice and light and thin. It appears that Oakley no longer makes them which is a shame. Oakley's current boots do not appear to have a good leather toe that you can put a shine on like these boots do.

These boots fit perfect. I ordered a size 12 since that's what I normally wear with my Danner Acadia boots and my other Oakley boots. No problems with fit. If I had to say one way or the other, I'd say this particular model may run a hair large. But nothing out of tolerance. So if you think 12 might be too big, I'd go with the 11.5. If you know you're a 12, then the size of these are true. These boots look amazing! Problem is, there's ZERO cushion or padding. Seriously, it's like wearing a pair of canvas upper Converse All-Stars like I wore back as a kid. So the fit and look is awesome but for a boot, it really needs more padding. For the price, I'd recommend finding something better. If all you're wanting them for is a cool pair of boots to take to the gun range for a couple hours of shooting, then you'll probably be fine. But if you plan to hike in them or use them for any real tactical work, then I'd suggest trying something else. The seller was nice enough to allow me to return these boots for a refund. I then went and bought a pair of Cabela's Instinct Pursuitz hunting boots and I absolutely love those!

Shoe fit as regular shoe size. Light shoe that is good for everyday street walking.

Light and comfortable. They do just what they are designed for. I wouldn't recommend them for rough terrain like rocky mountainous areas but they would be great for desert or woods, even swamps since the material above the foot is thin but durable and would dry quickly.

Jungle boot breath ability, sport shoe comfort, sturdy sole, you do not feel pebbles and stones under your foot, even under full tactical gear with ruck. An awesome patrol boot. Only limitations would be cold weather and airborne insertion.

Great boot, but to small, I have a black pair of 6 inch SI and they are size 8.5. I will have to punch up to a size 9.

I bought what I paid for. I like the concept but it was poorly done. They are light and they do look spiffy. However, I ordered size 14 wide. Got them and tried to wear them. Oakley's sizes are at least a full size smaller than normal USA sneaker size. After I got them I did some more research and it seems that Oakley doesn't make these in WIDE. Shame on seller for advertising as such. The tongue cups to the ankle so it will never lay flat or even. Upgrade the laces. And I'm quite sure they're made of pig leather. I might have kept them if they had fit right. So with that hopefully you'll be able to purchase the right LSAs for you. But I wouldn't advise spending over $65 for them unless the Oakley symbol is worth that much more to you.

Der Schuh passt wie angegossen und die Zwischensohle dämpft auch gut ab, die Schuhbändel sind sehr lang und müssen um den Schuh gewickelt werden was ich nicht so toll finde und das auch Zeit in Anspruch nimmt, in den Sommertagen ohne Regen ist der Schuh ideal aber bei Regen kann ich nur davon abraten diesen zu tragen, da man schnell nasse Füsse bekommt.Bei 4wöchigem Einsatz von 8 Stunden im täglichen Dauereinsatz musste ich feststellen daß das Sohlenprofil im hinteren Teil des Schuhs schon abgelaufen ist. Nach mehrmaligem hin und hersenden des Schuhs, den ich bei der RECON Company bestellt habe hat es am Schluß letztendlich geklappt die richtige Größe zu erhalten daher gebe ich 5 Sterne für diesen Verkäufer.

Super Schuh, er passt wie angegossen un ist suuuuper bequem.Gut die Qualität ist jetzt nicht die beste, aber fürn Dienst reicht es für die Sommermonate.
