Taste good but they are expensive

I dont like writing negative reviews but this product deserve it. I was hoping for almonds that had a strong almond taste but these are almost bland. All I can say is save your money and buy just normal almonds or look elsewhere. These also had a small machine oil after taste.

The "MARKY'S Raw Marcona Almonds Nuts form Spain - 1 lb / 453 g" is the first time I have had this type of almond. These are absolutely delicious. The firmness of them reminds me a little of macadamia nuts but denser. They are nutty and slightly buttery but not as strong tasting as regular almonds. They taste very fresh. When I first got them, I found myself eating way too many in a serving because they were so enjoyable. I appreciate they arrived in a foil-lined resealable bag. You cut off the top of the bag to expose the zipper-type closure. There is also a void-type seal over the top. I received my 1lb bag in Sept 2024. There is a sticker on the bottom of the bag that I assume shows the expiration date of 06/31/2025. Product of Spain.

These Marky's raw marcona almonds are really good. They are sweet, plump and smooth. The almonds have a nice, delicate flavor. They taste fresh and are slightly soft to chew, but with that nutty crunch. Not like some of the hard almonds I’ve had in the past. I ate them on their own and loved them. They are very satisfying. I’ll eat some with raisins next. They could be used as decorations on cakes, coated in caramel as a treat or added to salads too. You get a big bag full. The bag is thick and lined with foil which helps keep nuts fresh. The expiration date is about 9 months out on the bag I got. No cons I can see. I highly recommend them.

disgusting. threw them away. waste of money

These Almonds are just too pricy to recommend. I do not care if they are from Spain or not, the taste is fine, but for the price you pay.. not different from California almonds. They just cost too much. You can't have a "luxury" almond in today's pricing system. It won't sell, They will be stuck with so much overstock. Just wait it out.
