This product was bought as a gift for a family member who had undergone knee replacement surgery. The surgery was mid November, now it is time for that painful physical therapy to regain full motion. The cold therapy machine is used after coming from a physical therapy session. The timer on the unit is very helpful as the advice is no more than 30 minutes of use at a time. The "collar" through which the water flows is adaptable to a shoulder as well as a knee. Overall a very useful item I am advised by my family member who uses it.

I love this product, having just had tendon surgery, and told by the doctor I would be icing for months in the future, decided I would give it a try. It is easy to put on, Velcro straps can be as tight or as loose as comfortable to you, it is very quiet while running, a very low humming, and we have found we can use small frozen waterbottles instead of constantly buying ice. I also like that I can use on bare skin or over a pair of leggings or PJ bottoms. I would definitely buy this again, it is very worth what we paid.

does not stay on for very long. When a person is by themselves, on pain meds, having to turn it on over and over for only 30 min. is not helping me. Looks pretty but wish I had done more research.

Came in handy after knee replacement for constant ice therapy. Would be nice if time was longer than 30 minutes

I hyper-extended my knee and the ice-machine helped with the healing process. I strongly recommend it works really well.

When this product works it works very well. Unfortunately due to the placement of the hose into the membrane it Is easily plugged by the plastic membrane; the part that goes around your leg. Starts out cold and then becomes warm because the water is not circulating because it is plugged. Bad placement for the hose a bad design

This will make life so much easier after surgery ,freeze water bottles and add them to the base instead of ice and this will stay cold for hours .

I bought this because it says it has the ability to go from 30-90 minutes adjustable time. IT DOES NOT. I am so bummed I spent the money on untruth. That's the whole reason I bought it. There are also no instructions. Tells how to wrap it around but not how to use the machine.
