HP Original 124A Cyan Toner Cartridge Works with Color LaserJet 1600, 2600, 2605 Series, Color LaserJet MFP CM1015, CM1017 Series Q6001A

I've seen some people leaving reviews as though this is a 3rd-party toner, but as far as I can see, this is the genuine HP cartridge. I had previously ordered one of the 3rd-party toners, for MUCH less money, but it wouldn't even slide into the printer. These slide right in, and report full toner levels. They are rather expensive, but they work.

The Genuine HP New cartridges are only more expensive at the purchase. But they are the most reliable for quality print jobs and I have never had one fail. The remanufactured cartridges have failed to deliver the dependability I desire.I guess you get what you pay for

The toner works fine, but this is not really a review of the toner, but rather a recommendation for the laser printer. They need toner once every couple of years instead of every few years. I don't think it's wrong to spend an extra 5 stars for a different product, considering the zillions of stars already on Amazon.Why on earth does anyone still use ink jets from the Stone Age? Unless they're printing photos.I recommend both for all non-photo uses. Print is amazingly perfect and I've only had occasional problems with magenta.

The Cyan and yellow cartridges are working great. The magenta cartridge needs constant removal and shaking to loosen the toner. Then internal cleaning and calibrating or the reds don't come out properly in color printing. It seems that the magenta cartridges have an issue coming from HP. I never use refills or after market. I only use brand new OEM cartridges. This is now 2 magenta in a row that have had an issue. Hopefully, HP gets their act together. I've been an HP customer for many years, and worked in multiple jobs where I was the systems admin or level 3 tech, including being HP warranty hardware certified when I worked for a VERY major health insurance company, doing all warranty repairs in house, after diagnosing and ordering parts directly from HP using their "self maintainer" program, so I know it's not the printer, it's been the cartridge. be careful when replacing, and don't be afraid to claim a warranty replacement.

The right product for the right printer. They’re not cheap but they do last far longer than the $25-$50 you pay for small printers!

We had previously purchased a "knock off" brand of cartridge and while these are much more expensive they certainly are the best quality.

I've had no problems using this cartridge. It was past its Best Before date.That was never a problem.
