My 6 year old will chew these with no problem! Will buy them again. So glad I found them. Glad I heard about them.

My two kids under 10 HATE these. I tried one and they just taste gross. It's like eating plastic that then bursts bland oil into your mouth. Would not reccomend.

I’m super happy with these! I decided to wait before I made a review. My 6yr old daughter had mild symptoms of ADHD, where she struggled to stay focussed and could be sensitive at times. I completely believe this help with brain function. She makes much better choices in school life and socially at school too. She would get upset if someone was rude to her but she now handles it so much better as she thinks before she acts. Yes it could be down to maturing but this change has happened within 4 months of taking these. I found they made a difference within days. I gave her a higher dose at first, 4 a day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. She now has 2 a day! She use to say they tasted bad but still had them but now she doesn’t mention anything. I always give her a drink with them to have after she’s chewed them. Highly recommend. Worth a shot for sure!

My poor daughter was expecting a strawberry chew but was horrified when she bit into it and got a mouthful of fish. I tried one myself, and it really was as bad as she was making out. The capsule is a nice strawberry flavour but the inside is liquid fish oil. Really disappointed as it was advertised as something a child can chew. You cannot and my daughter is too young to swallow pills whole. Sadly a waste of money.

My children hated these vitamins. They say ‘chewable tablet’ so they chewed it and my 8yr old son nearly burst into tears over how disgusting it tasted. Then they pulled a slimy glob out their mouths and said do we have to eat this bit. So I’m guessing they bit into it and it was a liquid capsule that tasted of fish oil. Seriously they did not stop going on about it for 3 days. I promised them they didn’t have to have them and the bottle went straight into the bin. My kids are pretty hardened normally, happy to eat things that don’t necessarily appeal to their taste buds, on the understanding that we eat things because they are good for us not just because they taste great (legumes, Brussel sprouts, courgette) but I couldn’t get these into them for all the lollipops in the world.Complete waste of money.

Bought these assuming they were chews as stated, but were in fact liquid filled capsules. I got my child to try and chew one, but taste was so nasty they ran for a drink of water. To expect a child to chew 2 at a time and 6 per day for first 12 weeks as dosage states is at best, unlikely. Would be very expensive too. I tried one as well and fully agreed about taste. Nicely packaged though!

Unless your child is able to swallow these chewy capsules there is no way they will take them. They are foul! They taste like fish oil seasoned with strawberry flavour (slight fruit taste). They actually made my son throw up his breakfast. Wouldn't recommend at all.
