Affordable and reliable.
Works well! No complaints. The Zephyr 1 has a day and night setting and can easily be configured to increase or decrease temp. The cord for the temp probe is plenty long enough for my situation.My only quibble is that if you are using it for a grow tent, especially a small one, it's nice to plug things in outside of the tent to save space inside and increase electrical safety. However, the photocell is on the plug unit, not at the temp sensor probe, so it has to be mounted inside where the light is if you want that functionality. I'm sure that would add cost, so I'm rating it 5 stars for both the features and affordability.

Keep it cool
I've been using this controller for a couple months now and it gets the job done! Just set it and forget it. My ONE caveat would be that the dial is not SUPER precise, but this is a minor detail....Overall I would buy again

no good for a green house
defiantly not for use with a 1300w box heater . after two days it stayed on and then it melted the plug-in .

Careful
Mixed feelings bought 2 units 1 works just as it should the other only kicks on day time when temp is 90 or higher doesnt matter what temp is set at and it wont even kick on in night mode. Not impressed would like to return the one for an exchange but only option is refund
