WOW! I'm an IT professional that's only used Dell computers with Intel processors. So... to say that I was extremely skeptical about the Geekom mini-PC’s is a huge understatement. Ultimately, I decided to give Geekom a try and purchased the GEEKOM AX8 Pro Ai Mini PC with the AMD Ryzen R7-8845HS. I can honestly say that I'm completely blown away with the quality and overall performance - WOW! I ran the Benchmark test against my Dell XPS 15 laptop and against this Geekom. The Geekom absolutely & consistently crushed my Dell XPS in every test! So much so that I'm strongly considering buying another Geekom to just flat-out replace my Dell. I’m hoping that you've gathered that I'm off-the-charts impressed with the Geekmon and highly recommend it! I've attached two Passmark benchmark scores. The one that scored 7238 was brand new with nothing else installed and/or running. The one that scored 5856 and had all of my daily applications up and running

What can I say. WOW first computer I've got in many years. This thing is grate. Hooked up three monitor with not effort at all. Super fast., nice and compact. Had enough posts. Love it.

Purchased in July...Like it but having a Bluetooth connection integrity issue. The audio begins to fail (static sounding) when the CPU is working hard affecting the bluetooth. Sometimes, connection for the BT amp gets completely shut down and I have to reboot, find the audio device in the device list under Bluetooth settings, then reconnect. Solved issue by adding 64 gb ram. It is now December 17 and the AX8 PRO has crashed I lost .5 tb data. The SSD is toast. Support is unhelpful and mostly unresponsive. They assigned a tech that has sent me 2 emails in 2 weeks. Tech said to buy a new SDD... unfortunately for me the acer a7's were out of stock for her and they would reimburse me to purchase my own replacement. So now waiting for the tech to respond. WAITING!!! Another ACER A7 SSD was not available online so I had to replace with equal-specs version from another mfg. Was told the replacement was "too expensive" and that was the last I have herd from them. Attempted Contact again and no response. So, to sum it up, Don't expect any real support or warranty service from Geekom. UPDATE Great news!!! A Geekom support manager reached out to me and has reimbursed me for the replacement drive. She also worked on identifying and providing some missing AMD drivers. The drivers corrected the issues I was having but created another problem. So now support has sent out a replacement machine. The new machine is working fine. Thanks, Geekom team. The AX8 PRO is a great machine

This is the fourth change to my review. Had initial issues with the computer and was contacted by customer support. Initially I was very impressed with the fact that they reached out to me, but appears that was just to appease me. Since then, I have NOT heard from them and basically, I am stuck with a poorly working computer. My advice, steer clear from this brand. Not necessarily because the computers are not the best, but because if you need support, you won't get it other than then a standard brush off email "we stand by our products, we are here to help ......." Buy something else.
