I use this dutch oven daily for sourdough baking. It is in the oven for 1 hour at 450degrees and has done a great job! The heat has been even, based on my very un-scientific results. (the bread is the same color across the entire bottom!). The oven is heavy, but not too heavy that it is uncomfortable. The lid is a great fit and doesn't slide around. Extremely happy with this purchase. I would buy it again!

For a cheaper Dutch Oven option, this product is fantastic! The color is beautiful, and the pot and lid are of great quality. The quality feels expensive; it's heavy and dense, great for making bread!

Love this dutch oven. Its heavy and the lid fits secure. It heated even and remained hot for up to hour after being used in oven so kept my roast nice and warm. It cleaned super easy after soaking in water. I just wiped the stuck on food away with a paper towel.

My daughter-in-law had this pot when I went to go visit and I loved for the first time I made Mexican rice in it. I was a nervous wreck, thinking I’ve never cooked in a pot like this. I needed my pot from home which was left in Indiana I had no idea I was gonna cook rice and I prayed all day during church and I prayed when I came home to make it and the good Lord answered my prayers it came out perfect. I love this part. I’ve even made homemade soups come fall and winter, and my husband loves them great investment.

This is a beautiful pot. Hopefully this one will last longer than our last one of another brand (that cost a LOT more). It is important with these type of pots that you warm them slowly and always with oil or some fluid in the bottom so the enamel won't Crack. Enamel and cast iron expand at a different rate when heated. So that is why a slow heat up is necessary. I am impatient, so after 5 to 6 years a rust stain appears through the small cracks. (in my last 2 enamaled pots.) That is my fault. I do love these type of pots for gumbo and such. I use it a lot, so I'll update this after some use.

I’ve just used this once so far, but love it. The larger size is great for the way I cook. In addition to braising meats, I like this larger size for soups and stews. It’s a beautiful ombré color as well. I have the red one. It cleaned up well and I can’t wait to braise some short ribs.

Great Dutch Oven. I've been using for about a month now and I really like this. It's a great price, cleans easily, and its very sturdy. It is a heavy pot. I recommend if you need a starter or replacement dutch oven.
