Will this fit the 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe?

They fit the 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe perfectly! I don’t think they changed the body style at all so it should fit your 2017 just fine. All you should do is adjust the placement of the bars either forward or backward for the tightest fit and clamp down.

How can I get a replacement mounting bracket? The bracket I have needs to be replaced.

From your order page "Order"-"Get help" or "Get product support". We will offer solutions in 24 hours.

Is 330lbs the dynamic weight limit or the static weight limit?

It's the static weight limit. When referring to load capacity on roof rack cross bars, the "max load" can be considered the "static load", because the dynamic load will always be less than the static load.

Can you still open the sunroof with these installed?

Yes you can, it does not interfere with the sunroof at all. Just make sure roof is open so you know where to place the rear crossbar.
