TOTAL LOSS My ADVISE kindly never buy this model The MIC is on a low standard build quality that you have to speak too loud……!!!!!! I bought the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds expecting a comfortable open-ear design and smooth sound quality, but unfortunately my experience has not been good. The earbuds do not fit securely on my ears as described,and they are uncomfortable to wear for even short periods. Because of this, I cannot use them confidently while walking or doing daily activities. Additionally, the sound feels delayed/slow in public, especially noticeable when watching videos. This affects the overall listening experience and is disappointing for a product in this price range and from a brand like Bose. I was expecting much better comfort and performance. Sadly, this product did not meet my expectations.

Awesome sound quality…

The product is very good, lightweight and stays in place even while running or exercising. I do miss a small hole or slot to attach a cord or strap to avoid losing the charging case. In my opinion, the main issue is that the earbuds don't turn off automatically when removed from the ears, not even after a long time. So if you forget to put them back in the charging case, the battery will drain.

The Open Ultras are an almost perfect set of earphones if not for the fact that it can remain passively connected to only 1 device at a time. My 2016 Bose QC35 can connect to my iPhone and my Macbook Air simultaneously, as does my Airpods Pro (gen2), but these 2023 Bose Ultra Opens do not. A bit too tight for someone with meatier/larger ears. Ended up having to return them due to the reasons above. In addition - what I have found to be extremely frustrating is the inconsistency of the app vs reality - I'm supposed to be able to switch devices by configuring in the app to press and hold a button on either earbud to switch, but that doesn't work (it only finds the currently connected device, which is pointless, since I'm trying to switch to a different device). Bose online also mentions how I should be able to press the button on the case to change devices, but that doesn't work either. Sound quality is remarkably good, and the earbuds stay in place quite securely, but these just don't suit what I need them for

This is an amazing Airpod , please make sure you put the left and right side Airpod in correct sides otherwise microphones doesn’t work well and the people other side can’t hear you well Good luck

One of the earpiece is not charging, how can I claim warranty?

Très confortable pour le footing, dans le train, déplacements, etc. Tenue extra. Très très confortable. Son excellent. Appel parfait (son & communication) Appli facile à utiliser. Boîtier léger. Gestion des bases, aigus, etc. sur l'application. Pas besoin de gestion du bruit ambiant, c'est très agréable d'avoir la musique et de ne pas être coupé du monde extérieur. Équilibre parfait selon moi.

I never would have guessed how much I’d love open earbuds. But now I do. I still need my regular in the ear earbuds for noisy environments like airplanes. But in most other cases I will wear my open ear ones.

I found them quite comfortable to wear and allowed my ears to not get so humid like normal earbuds. Once I got the position right, the sound quality was really good and I could still hear my surroundings well. At times it felt like it could fall off but never did although I'm not sure I would trust wearing them in situations where if they did fall off it would be very bad. I did experience a very slight delay when using them with videos and games on my mobile, but I think that's normal for all Bluetooth earbuds. I was very pleased with the colour/finish of the anniversary edition set. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.
