This is a good product compared to their originals which are unnecessarily expensive. The most important thing is that it works especially the allowance it gives you to print on both sides of the T Shirt by twisting the T Shirt to the other side on one mount without pressing or exposing the already printed side to the heat element. It's well built and looks very sturdy.

I do not recommend this product if you have heavy usage. I've owned it for 1 year, and experienced broken wires twice in back, and the magnetic piece stopped working due to the adjustment getting off. The sellers did walk me through problems each time, but were not very friendly. They always say these are common problems with heavy usage, but I feel this would not be a problem if better made. It is a good price, and very heavy but if I had a redo I would go ahead and spend the money for a better quality, brand name machine that can provide me years of service.

I purchased this heat press directly from the vendor for my wife a year ago and it is a big piece of crap! The first one didn't work right out of the box, the second stopped heating twice and had to be taken in for service on 2 separate occasions. We are in the market for a new machine because of the unacceptable amount of down time with this machine. The inexpensive one we bought about 3 years ago has been our backup. I wish I would have never purchased this machine.

Temeprature uniformity is bad, self opening failed working after a couple of months, was instructed to increase pressure, which it sometimes works, but cannot use high pressure on all items, so self opening is only conditional.

I bought this machine 4 years ago because i was going to get RICH : Never happed, got to hold my attention or i get board quickI had a problem with it the day i got it home, called and just had to hit the reset : the man on the other end of the phone explained that after running the iron 2 or 3 days in a row, you should let your workers let it cool down : I did not have the heart to tell him that i have only used my toy twice :I did the same with a l cutter, it was going to make me $$$ : now its just for show, but it was great at the time I think, do not remeber. so great deal I THINK
