Defective
I received the massager and it did not work even after changing the battery. Received a refund without a return, after I pointed out to the seller that the return address was in the USA and this contravenes the UK Amazon policy.

Doesn't last very long
I purchased this item in October 2024 on physio advice. It has only lasted until June 2025 despite changing battery. I would have expected it to last longer.

Great little massager. Still working after almost 4 years
Purchased Nov 2024 to break down hand scar after surgery for trigger finger. It really helped. No more heavy scar. Having trouble with other hand so tried the point Relief massager on the finger to see if it would help, so I won’t need surgery on it. Too soon to tell, but it’s worth trying. Massager still going strong
