Wish I would of bought sooner. Installation was easy enough. Some bolts didn’t line up to the frame as nice as I’d prefer. Key is to get the bolts started but not tight until all bolts have been started. It took a little work to make it work but after it was tightened down it looks great. Feels very HD/Sturdy and looks great on my Sportsman. Good price for the added protection. Mow down those little trees and branches with confidence.

Installed this on my 07 Polaris Sportsman 450 in about 20min. Very well made. Nice look to.Installed a 12in LED light bar and fit perfectly on brackets already on brush guard.

Nice bumper at a good price. Just sucks that it didn’t come with any instructions.

it wasn’t very hard at all to install, my problem is they used flat tip studs the screw into the body frame instead of a kind of tapered so they self center and go in because that’s what the holder designed for the bolt could’ve been about a quarter inch longer till you could use the nuts on the main bracket up underneath the bumper but besides that it was great. The bumper is amazing it’s heavy duty very strong, the only thing that should be done different I believe is where the two pieces the amount on the center one the part goes around the headlights is may be got less than an 8th inch of clearance from the plastic factory bumper stuff anything at all it touches and vibrates against existing stuff so I shaved it with a bowl together but kick it out so it had a little bit of clearance. so outside of a couple tweaks very much for the money

Fit my 2005 Sportsman 400 perfectly! Way more sturdy than I thought it would be! Came with no instructions and came with extra bolts/brackets that are probably for a different quad. Took half an hour to figure out how the brackets fit. (The big brackets go on the outside of the quad frame, over the radiator plastic) Straight forward install after that.

Bought for an '05 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO. Took a little bit to install, but otherwise nice. Looks to be very sturdy with the exception of the 3 bolts attaching the wings to the center, they could be bigger and I have a feeling they are going to sheer off when I tap a tree or something, but we'll see. I have intensions of replacing them with thicker bolts with a matching color.

I installed this on a 2008 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO EFI AWD Touring model. It turned out fine,the only modification I had to do was where the headlight bar bolts on was shim that up just a tiny bit. The brush guard on each end was just barely/slightly rubbing the plastic on the 2008 on the front of the ATV right under the headlights. It was a easy fix and only took a few minutes to correct. Very happy with the looks and now I have the added protection I'll get from this front brush/bumper guard.
