Great for neck and shoulder pain
It fits great covering back and sides of neck, shoulders, and top of back. Heat is easily controlled and adjustable. Cord length is generous. Auto shut off is great.

Stopped working within a few weeks
Stopped working after a few weeks. I got another one and the same thing happened. I turned it on and I get this E1 message on the screen. Don’t waste your money.

Quit working before 6 months
Received this in April and stops working less than 6 months later. I sent a question to seller about warranty but I expect a refund. It worked fine up until the other night it kept cutting off like it was shorting out. I was a fraid it could catch on fire so unplugged it. Would not buy again.
