One of the mirrors cam all broken up, not happy at all as these were not cheap. Called customer service the person was very kind and ordered a replacement item at no cost to me. Should receive that today. as of now 6:30 pm I have not received the replacement

These are nice decorative mirrors with hangers attached to the backs so they can be hung up in either an “x” or “+” orientation. They come nicely packaged face-down in styrofoam. One mirror is on each side of the styrofoam block and is wrapped in plastic to keep them secured in place in the box (see first picture). When you take the mirrors out they do have marks all over (second pic) - I’m guessing it’s from the plastic. I had to wash the mirrors with dish soap and vinegar to get them sparkling clean but they did clean up great (third pic). The “crushed” diamond aspect isn’t really crushed at all. It’s just the loose gems contained in the compartment without being attached so the top facet is showing (last pic). I wanted to hang these in my cubicle at work to see behind me, but I very definitely did NOT check the size and thought they were smaller; so now they’ll grace the walls of my house.

The mirrors arrived undamaged and packaged well. You can hang them in two different ways. I decided to use one hook since it's difficult for me to hang straight with two hooks. The diamonds in the middle look like snowflakes or flowers.
