These are the first multivitamins I actually look forward to taking. The fruity flavor is delicious, and taking 3 a day feels more like a treat than a chore. After a few weeks, I noticed better energy, clearer focus, and even some subtle improvements in my hair and nails. No stomach issues either — even when I take them without food! Love that they’re non-GMO, include Omega-3s, and use methylated folate and B12 for better absorption. No junk ingredients, just clean, effective nutrition. I was very surprised to get this in and look at all the vitamins it has in it. I have definitely grown to like the gummy form of vitamin taking. It does make it easier to swallow. Smells great and you get a good size for the value, 120 gummies. The serving size is 6 gummies, but wow they are incredibly sweet. Like too sweet. At 6g of sugar a serving, it’s 1g of sugar a gummy, which is only 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, so per serving that’s a tablespoon of sugar. That can add up quick. Not sure about hair growth yet, as I am also taking a different supplement for hair growth. I am hoping this will help with balancing my nutrition as I’m in a region of the US where we don’t get as much sun in the winter months as it also gets cold here and have to cover up and can effect the amount I am getting naturally. Has everything a woman needs for daily nutrition, however to prevent hypervitaminosis as I take other supplements, I am only going to take 3 instead of 6. Should last me 40 days that way. Overall great product so far.

These taste good and meet all the requirements for a comprehensive Multivitamin.

It’s hard to find methylated B12 in vitamins and these ones have it! They also have Omegas and other really good ingredients. They do taste a little “vitamin-y” ala Flinstones but it’s worth it to me for the quality ingredients.

I have been using Smarty Pants vitamins for a few years. It has been the best vitamin so far and the quality is good. They did change the formula , but I hope to continue to use them as long as they are still effective as they have been.

I have been taking these smarty pants women's vitamins for about 10 years. At the time, they were reccommended to me because they included fish oil/ omegas that my doctor reccommended. I had been taking it separately but I hated the smell and it was an additional thing to remember. I have loved them. They tasted like dessert. They changed the formula a recently. I instantly noticed they don't taste as good as the old formula but there is a lot less sugar. After using this product for a few months, I felt like it wasn't working as well. I went through both bottle lables. The only difference in percentages I see is the fish oil. It looks like not only does it have a lot less oil, but it doesn't have any fish oil. It is made from algae. As someone with food allergies, I get why they would change this. If you need a multi vitamin with fish oil new formula is not it.
