Had this for a few months now under my gaming laptop and it does what I need it to do! My laptop used to sizzle my legs and fingers as it used to get so blinking hot... Now, it does not! Plus is quiet too so there's a bonus :) Recommended. BTW my laptop is a 17" Apache Pro and it fits just right.

Pretty good quality. No installation issues. Air flow is good. Sometimes you have to manually set it up to full speed. Works fine on a 17inc laptop but it's screen and buttons panel gets covered by the laptop (Omen 17) if you align the back fans with the vents.

Bought for my 17" MSI GS70. Placing it the best I can: a couple mm over the back so I could access controls at the front by only lifting the laptop slightly and hanging over side edges. The triangular/hexagonal design means there's a lot of hanging over the edges including the non-slip feet of the laptop which, when coupled with the potruding pattern on the surface of the cooling pad, leaves the laptop very unstable and could possibly lead to scratches at the bottom of the laptop.The fan is quite quiet (esp in comparison to my laptop's fan) and I can feel it releasing some cool air, just not enough for my large machine.Tested mid-high usage of CPU and GPU using HW Monitor: No cooling pad: CPU min: 76 CPU max: 95 GPU min: 75 GPU max: 82 With cooling pad: CPU min: 79 CPU max: 93 GPU min: 76 GPU max: 81Tests were repeated 3 times for each case, alternating between no pad and with pad.Laptop given time between tests to reduce temperature before starting next test.

Looks just as good in picture if not better. Love the style and the functions, it’s quiet even on the highest speed. For the price I paid I got more than my money’s worth in my opinion.

The cooling mat looks cool, gives a good breeze but doesnt seem as powerful as the settings only go up to 6. My gaming laptop fan at overboost sounds the exactly the same as this thing running at 6 which is loud.Would recommend some higher settings but overall it does the job

To start off with Amazon prime, absolutely fantastic as usual. Delivered next day, driver was polite and did not hammer my door down.Product - in a word, shocking.Best thing about the product. Packaging was great, matched my laptop.Cons - Here we go.Very cheap feel5 fans that only appear to have one speed, regardless of the settings.Buttons are not very responsive. Had to really press hard to get it to change.LCD screen lights up sometimes.BARELY fits my laptop.No temp difference with without the cooling mat. (piccy attached)Value for money? No, absolutely not.So not impressed with this one, will be contacting Amzon for a refund. It will be back to the drawing bored to find a suitable replacement.
