Turns on with power cable receiving power, so you can use a timer or a controller that controls plugs to power it automatically under specific conditions. Noise level is absolutely.. silent. Quality is well built. Humidity builds super slowly which is good for avoiding sudden changes in environment. It has two different power modes, one being constant and one is bursts, allowing for more control of humidity build up time. Price is amazing for the product and it looks great, very professional and hidden in a way, and small. Easily powered by a USB

Nice unit, but very small effect. In 29% home humidity, this unit in a 2x4 Vivosun grow tent only raises humidity levels by 2-5 percent at most.

I bought this for my vgrow and It works great! I’m on my first grow and this makes managing the vpd a breeze, definitely would recommend to anyone with a vgrow.
