The curry sauce is ready in a few minutes.Following l the recommended quantity you will get the curry sauce that most Chinese and Chip shops will sell you - tang of heat but not overwhelmingly hot.It’s versatile too. I got done raw fixed chicken and fried it, added some red and green diced peppers, onion and garlic. Cooked in the pan until the veg were cooked, added the curry sauce and let it coat all the ingredients.Hey presto an instant chicken curry - think Korma heat, perhaps a bit more. Enjoyable to eat.Not bad for minimal prep time at ten minutes or so cooking time.Use it with chips, baked potato, rice, drizzle over sausages or a something like I cooked.

this is as close as zap in our house - need food in 5? big spoonful of this chinese curry sauce, big handful of cooked chicken or prawns, frozen peas (et al) fling all in frying pan and reheat, stirring from time to time, instant rice in micro for 2 mins, arrange on dishes and there you go .. meal in 5.. have been using these sauces for over 6 years now, always consistent, always fast delivery and price isn't bad either.. do try

This is great for making currys with any meat, poultry or vegetables, Very tasty and highly recomended. It’s easy to use, just add boiling water; you can play around with the concentration to make the sauce to whatever consistency you prefer.

Like others have said it is just like the Chinese takeaway curry. Lovely stuff.
