I'm 50 years old I've been lifting weights as long as I can remember you know and it's true your body does start to breakdown I'd like to trick myself into believing that others have been lying but sure enough!! My right wrist has really been acting up on the ulnar side. Tried a couple of wraps but the worst thing was the very sturdy ones go up over your palm so I am not able to grab a dumbbell or any other apparatus properly and that can be dangerous These right here the 12 inch which I think is plenty, will absolutely if you choose cut the circulation off your hands entirely until your hand falls off so keep that in mind lol very sturdy in the only part of your palm that it interferes with is your thumb and that is not any sort of interference. These are the absolute best I have found for ulnar pain 10/10 recommend

Comfortable and effective. These give additional wrist support and allow for a tight fit that stays locked in. I’ve got some carpal tunnel pain in my wrist and this allows me to still lift comfortably.
